Before my ADHD diagnosis, I looked like I had my s**t together (most days). But behind the scenes, I was white-knuckling my way through life: always pushing, overcompensating, never quite relaxing into it.

Getting diagnosed was an important piece of the puzzle, but the really good bit came after. What I learned is this:

Real change doesn’t come from trying harder, but from understanding ourselves better.

This little shift changed everything. It gave me permission to start working with my brain. Less “Why am I like this?” More “Ohhh, that’s why. Let's try something new!”

We start by decoding your ADHD: your patterns, strengths, values, blind spots, energy cycles, and the sneaky thought loops that trip you up.
